What each step looks like

Every property is different, so the details are always worked out with you directly.

  1. Request an estimate visit

    Reach out the way that suits you: the estimate form, a call or text to (973) 309‑6659, or an email to inkafence@hotmail.com. The form asks for the property address and a day and time of day that suit you. A few details make the first conversation more useful:

    • The property address, with the town or ZIP code
    • The type of fence you have in mind, or “not sure yet”
    • Roughly how long and how tall the fence should be
    • Whether you need a walk gate, a driveway gate or both

  2. Julio or Myra confirms by phone or text

    A request is not an automatically confirmed appointment. Julio or Myra reviews it and calls or texts you to confirm a time that works, or to suggest another one.

  3. Inka Fence measures the property

    At the visit the fence line is walked and measured. Talk through the choices together and settle on what fits your property, the look you want and how you plan to use the space.

    • Material: vinyl, wood, aluminum or chain link
    • Style: for example privacy, picket or horizontal boards
    • Gates: where they go and how wide they need to be

  4. The quote is sent afterward

    Your quote follows the visit, based on the actual measurements of your property. Timing depends on the size of the project and the materials, so ask about scheduling at your estimate visit.
